We aim at understanding the properties of stimuli-responsive molecules and the assembly of soft matter polymeric systems across different length scales. With this knowledge, we design and synthesize dynamic polymer materials, where the dynamic nature is beneficial in terms of processability, recyclability, responsive behaviour or improvement of mechanical properties. Some examples of our target material platforms include bioinks, liquid crystal elastomers, polymer amphiphiles and reconfigurable polymer networks.
